Guiding Principle
Cannabis in Canada believes that a person has the right to make decisions of fundamental personal importance, which includes the right to choose cannabis as a therapy with access to immediate and everyday environments of ordinary men or women. We believe inequalities create different opportunities and life chances for individuals, which are reflected in such measures as their level of education, health status, nutrition, treatment by the justice system, and financial status. Moreover this distinction between personal and social problems is a crucial one since it is germane to the question of who or what is at fault?
The Cannabis in Canada Mission Statement
Cannabis in Canada is committed to the empowerment of qualified cannabis users, and the improvement of quality of life through collective support, education, and action. With self empowerment initiatives on ethical, legal and human rights issues pertaining to medicinal cannabis users in Canada. |
